Guide Property Services is a mid-size management company looking to hire a Leasing Professional who wants to be a key member of our company's growth by managing the leasing workflow of a 200+ unit building in Kent, WA as well as other buildings in the area. We offer a casual work environment with flexible work schedules and leasing bonuses. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing the leasing workflow for a portfolio of properties, working with Guide's lead management system and Property Managers to achieve established leasing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing flow from inquiry to resident move-in using Guide's management platforms and procedures
• Lead apartment tours with resident prospects and provide thorough follow-up
• Professionally represent the communities and Guide
• Help ensure that the property and units are in showing condition
• Maintain and update leasing flow documentation
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team on rental rates and market conditions
• Assist with unit marketing by taking photos and video walk-throughs of vacant units as well as posting ads to

Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace Qualifications:

• Hard-working, resourceful, proactive leader focused on continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Integrity, extreme attention to detail, and excellent judgment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to utilize a personal smart device for apps related to property operations and communication

Other:

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Knowledge of Fair Housing
• Reliable Vehicle and Valid Driver's License is required (Mileage Reimbursement)
• Knowledge of AppFolio is preferred
• Ability to be flexible under change, multitask, manage time efficiently and prioritize work responsibilities
