What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features and benefits Understand and explain lease agreements and application criteria Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, Tax Credit, federal and state regulations Enter and manage service requests and resident follow-ups Accept rental payments and accurately post rent Maintain strong curb appeal by walking the property regularly Operate property management software to record and manage data Provide general clerical and administrative support to the leasing office Verify resident documentation for accuracy and compliance Assist with invoice processing in coordination with the

Property Manager What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of on-site apartment leasing experience Prior Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience required Strong customer service and sales skills Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience with property management software a plus (Yardi, OneSite, AMSI, Rent Roll, eSite, etc.) Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply Experience with luxury communities, lease-ups, or rehab properties is a plus Reliable transportation Ability to complete drug screening if requested Why Work With Career Strategies?
