Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant - Dunbar, WV Are you passionate about customer service and ready to make a positive impact in your community? Join the Charleston Area's foremost customer-focused apartment community as a Full-Time Leasing Consultant! We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our leasing office and deliver outstanding service to prospective and current residents.
Schedule:
Enjoy a consistent work schedule averaging 36 hours per week, with Tuesday's through Friday's from 8:30 -5:00 and Saturday's from 9:00 am to 1pm. Occasional evening hours (approximately once per month for resident events)
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person Conduct leasing tours and assist with the application and move-in process Coordinate service requests between residents and maintenance staff Support marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents Help plan and host resident events Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate resident/property records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer service skills Prior sales or leasing experience is a plus Ability to multitask and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple platforms Experience with Canva or other design tools is a bonus Detail-oriented, highly organized, and solution-focused Team-oriented with a positive attitude Passionate about delivering excellent resident experiences Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment You may not hold an active Real Estate License to be eligible for this position Why Join Us?
