- Overview Keslow Camera is a camera rental house that provides cameras and equipment for motion pictures, television shows, and other various media outlets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients by being courteous, responsive and resourceful.
- Answer, screen, and direct calls.
- Take and relay accurate/detailed messages.
- Provide general information to callers regarding the company.
- Greet clients, guests, and employees entering the office.
- Direct clients to correct destinations.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the company.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare letters and mailings.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized and presentable lobby, front desk, and kitchen area.
- Light cleaning/wiping down of surface kitchen areas (kitchen island, coffee area, sink area, tabletops).
- Stock/Re-Stock refrigerators in the executive offices.
- Stock/Re-Stock snacks and client refrigerator in the kitchen.
- Ability to carry/lift cases of water, milk gallons, creamer jugs, cans of soda
- Make/Re-Make coffee for the kitchen, replenish espresso pods as needed.
- Manage/Update log of inventory of snacks/condiments Instacart and Costco orders
- Special projects as assigned by the
CEO, COO, CFO, SR. VP
of Marketing, VP of Operations, and HR Manager.Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of front desk/reception experience required.
Personality Must Haves:
Very upbeat, bubbly, positive, personable, team player, welcoming, great at small talk, adaptable, and able to be professional.- Effective communication skills.
- Amazing phone etiquette.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent Punctuality and Attendance.
- Must have the ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle periodic high call volume
- Ability to demonstrate strong work ethic.
- Must have excellent time management ability.
- Familiarity with Mac operating system.
- Familiarity with Google suite
