Customer Service & Rental Coordinator Location:

Miami, FL ETS Rentals & Repair is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable to join our team Equipment Rental sales associate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is detail-oriented, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare rental contracts for equipment rentals. Create and process repair work orders. Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Schedule equipment pickups and deliveries. Dispatch drivers for equipment deliveries and pickups, ensuring efficient routing and communication. Coordinate with the service department regarding equipment repairs and equipment availability. Process invoices and maintain accurate customer records. File paperwork and perform general administrative duties. Provide excellent customer service and support the daily operations of the office.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, equipment rental, construction, or a service-related industry is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work well with drivers, mechanics, and customers.
