Position Summary This culinary position requires good communication skills and the ability to lift and carry moderate weight. Food and beverage experience is a plus. This person will be responsible for maintaining the employee cafeteria with fresh food and a clean atmosphere. Providing excellent service, cooking, cleaning, and dishwashing are some of the duties this job entails. Position Responsibilities/ Essential Functions Set tables with clean condiments, linens and other items as needed according to restaurant standards and demands of the table seating. Restock water, drinks, cereal, bread and any other items as prescribed by the Chef as necessary throughout your shift. Carry dishes, food, silverware and trays from kitchen to serving counters when supply runs low Perform janitorial duties such as cleaning workstations, emptying the trash, mopping up spills and sweeping during your shift. Pack and scrape dirty dishes, properly arranging them in the correct section of the dish pit for stewarding. Perform other related functions that may be assigned. Qualifications Cafeteria Attendant Requirements and Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Refined communication skills.
• Certificate or Diploma in Food Preparation and Hygiene.
• Must be able to work all shifts including weekends, holidays and late shifts.
• Basic computer skills.
• A team player.
