OLADEPOT
Car Rentals is seeking a dependable, highly organized Automotive Rental Operations Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operation of our growing rental vehicle business. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure, customer-facing position that combines front-office responsibilities with hands-on vehicle and fleet operations. This is not a traditional desk-only administrative role. The ideal candidate has experience in car rental operations, automotive retail, auto parts, fleet operations, or basic automotive maintenance. Candidates with previous experience at companies such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, O'Reilly Auto Parts, or similar automotive businesses are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities The Automotive Rental Operations Coordinator will assist with: Greeting and assisting rental customers in person Answering customer questions and resolving routine rental issues Processing rental paperwork, agreements, extensions, payments, and vehicle returns Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records Coordinating vehicle pickups, drop-offs, and customer appointments Monitoring vehicle availability and helping organize fleet assignments Performing basic vehicle inspections before and after rentals Identifying common vehicle maintenance issues and communicating repair needs Checking oil, coolant, tires, fluids, batteries, and other basic vehicle components Performing or assisting with basic maintenance such as oil changes, battery replacement, tire changes, and similar tasks when necessary Using basic automotive hand tools safely and correctly Lightly cleaning and preparing vehicles between customers Moving vehicles between locations, repair facilities, emissions facilities, and other business locations as needed Working directly with management, mechanics, customers, and other team members to keep daily operations moving efficiently Assisting with other operational duties as business needs arise What We're Looking For This position requires someone who can think quickly, communicate professionally, and stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities at once. Applicants should be comfortable transitioning between helping a customer at the front desk, completing paperwork, inspecting a vehicle, addressing a maintenance concern, and coordinating the next rental—all within the same shift. Required Qualifications Valid Georgia Driver's License Clean and dependable driving habits Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems Ability to use basic automotive tools Ability to perform basic tasks such as checking fluids, changing a tire, replacing a battery, or assisting with an oil change Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable working directly with customers in a front-office environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Willingness to occasionally perform physical or hands-on work with vehicles Preferred Experience Previous experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Enterprise Rent-A-Car or another rental-car company AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, O'Reilly Auto Parts, NAPA, or similar automotive retailer Fleet management or fleet operations Used-car dealership operations Automotive service advising Automotive parts sales Rental or leasing operations Customer-facing automotive positions Basic automotive maintenance Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is someone who has the customer-service and operational mindset of a rental-car employee combined with the practical automotive knowledge of an experienced auto-parts employee. You do not need to be a professional mechanic. However, you should be comfortable around vehicles, understand basic maintenance, know your way around common automotive tools, and be able to recognize when something does not look or sound right. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of problems instead of waiting to be told what to do. This role has the potential to grow into increased responsibility within the company's rental and fleet operations as the business expands.

$500.00 per week
