Job Description
Boot Rental Technician Angel Fire Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Boot Rental Technician to join our team this winter! The Boot Rental Technician will have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing the proper boot fit for each customer while exemplifying excellent customer service. In this position you will assist guests in getting the right size boot, educate guests on how boots and other equipment function, and properly check-in and store rental equipment. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, have strong attention to detail, and will work well on a team in a demanding environment.

https://www.angelfireresort.com/work-for-us/employee-benefits/ Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (other duties may be assigned) Responds to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Answers questions concerning cost of items, features of items, resort activities, hours of operation, weather conditions, etc. Ensures that guests accurately complete the waiver of liability and rental forms. Selects proper boot rentals for guests based on their needs. Checks in returned rental equipment and inspects for damage. Tracks, stores, and maintains the organization of tools, parts, and inventory. Works with power tool. Maintains cleanliness of the shop and proper storage of all equipment. Repairs and maintains rental fleet. Appropriately handles complaints and resolves grievances to ensure guest satisfaction. Assists customers with electronic storage lockers when necessary. Assists Manager in special projects and facility maintenance.Environment:
This is an indoor position. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift/carry 50lbs.About Angel Fire Resort:
