Today Job Description We are seeking a Full-Time Rental Yard Associate Here's what you'll do: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous way. Ensure rental equipment is properly displayed and organized. Assist customers with rental equipment (pick-up, drop-off). Inspect rental equipment for damage, cleanliness, and operational functionality before and after pick-up and drop-off. Assist in coordinating rental equipment maintenance, repairs, and cleaning as necessary. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Basic computer skills for accessing computer software systems to obtain product information. Here's what you'll need to be successful: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in customer service, rental or retail preferred. Previous experience with construction tools and equipment preferred.
