About the Role We are a sports and entertainment memorabilia company that partners with businesses across the country to host silent auctions supporting nonprofits. Event Coordinators (8 AM - 5 PM): Call businesses (hotels, restaurants, etc.) Build relationships with decision-makers Secure locations for our charity auction displays Brand Ambassadors (9 AM - 6 PM): Call auction winners Complete orders and collect shipping/payment info Create a positive, high-energy customer experience Both roles involve outbound calling and structured goals. Who We're Looking For You do NOT need call center or sales experience —but you DO need: Strong communication skills Confidence talking to new people Ability to build rapport quickly Reliability and consistent attendance A competitive, goal-oriented mindset Great backgrounds for this role: Server / Waitress / Bartender Retail sales Customer service Hospitality If you're used to thinking on your feet and reading people quickly, you'll fit in well here.
