Duties Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and product selections. Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices. Conduct product demos to educate customers about our matcha offerings and promote sales. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising and stocking practices. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations and inventory management. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Foster effective communication with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in grocery store settings.
