Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed product demos to highlight features and benefits Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, transactions, and receipts Upsell products by recommending complementary items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and appealing Conduct stock replenishment and inventory management to keep the sales floor well-supplied Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support cashiering duties with basic math skills for accurate transactions and change handling Engage in product knowledge training to stay informed about new items and promotions Assist in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are key Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is beneficial Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Demonstrated ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Supervising experience is a bonus, showcasing leadership capabilities in a retail setting Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
