Duties Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations Educate customers on different strains, consumption methods, and product effects through engaging product demos Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain well-organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked correctly Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management to keep shelves full and appealing Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or taking orders remotely Supervise junior staff or trainees when applicable, providing guidance on customer service and product knowledge Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations in retail settings Supervising experience in a retail or hospitality environment is highly desirable Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate product benefits Bilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively are a plus Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales while maintaining customer trust Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math for inventory accuracy Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and sales transactions Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is beneficial but not required This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping others discover new products.
