Job Description
The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations. This part-time position involves moderate interaction with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience through product knowledge and efficient sales processing. Additionally, the role includes maintaining store cleanliness and upkeep. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their product selections and inquiries Maintain thorough knowledge of products and promotions Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Ensure the store is clean and organized, including watering plants Handle returns and exchanges efficiently Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales High School Diploma or equivalent Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems Strong customer service skills Effective communication abilities
