We are currently seeking a Sales Team Member to engage with customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to products and services that make everyday life more convenient and connected. As a Sales Team Member, you will build relationships through face-to-face customer interactions, provide personalized recommendations, explain product options, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs and budget. The Sales Team Member position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing sales skills, and growing within a team-oriented environment. Core Functions of the Sales Team Member Represent leading telecommunications and connectivity solutions through professional, customer-focused interactions. Educate customers on available products, plans, features, promotions, and bundled options. Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions based on usage, preferences, and budget. Identify sales opportunities, maintain an organized pipeline, and consistently work toward performance goals. Provide a positive customer experience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping customers make informed decisions. Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication, professionalism, and dependable follow-through. Collaborate with other Sales Team Members to support team sales goals and contribute to a positive, high-performance environment. Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Team Member Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of customers. Organized, proactive, and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Motivated mindset with the ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and consistently work toward goals. Preferred Skills for the Sales Team Member Uses consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Manages multiple customer conversations and opportunities with accuracy and organization. Maintains a professional, positive attitude during high-volume customer interactions. Works effectively with teammates to achieve individual and team sales objectives. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new products, services, and sales strategies.
