We are looking for high-energy, relationship-driven sales performers who genuinely love shapewear, fashion, and helping people feel amazing. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Welcome each customer warmly and create a high-touch, luxury shopping experience. Learn each client's goals, then guide her to the right shapewear, size, fit, and styling options. Perform thoughtful shapewear consultations that make customers feel comfortable, confident, and understood. Recommend complete solutions, including complementary items, while naturally upselling and cross-selling when they add real value. Build lasting relationships through follow-up, referrals, community outreach, and appropriate social engagement. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while helping maintain a clean, polished, inviting boutique. Continue learning product features, fit guidance, fashion trends, and sales techniques so you can become a trusted client resource.
