The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of memberships and class packages by engaging with prospective and current clients, following up with leads, and helping clients find the best package for their needs. This position is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving sales results. In addition to sales, the role will assist with front desk operations, client communication, social media, and general studio support. This is a part-time position with approximately 8-15 hours per week, primarily evening availability Monday-Thursday, with occasional weekend availability for studio events and special promotions. Duties & Responsibilities Engage with prospective and current clients to promote memberships, class packages, and studio offerings Follow up with leads, trial clients, and inquiries to encourage conversions and repeat business Educate clients on pricing, packages, memberships, and promotions Build strong relationships with clients and create opportunities for referrals and retention Welcome clients, check them into classes, and assist with questions Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries Capture photos and videos during classes for social media Create Canva graphics and promotional content for events and announcements Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready studio Restock retail products and studio supplies Assist with instructor coverage, studio events, and other day-to-day operations Communicate client feedback and studio needs to management Experience & Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness industry experience preferred Confident communicator who is comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Friendly, personable, and able to build strong client relationships Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok; social media experience is a plus Basic Canva experience preferred Interest in fitness, wellness, or boutique fitness is a plus

Pay:

$18.50 - $22.00 per hour
