We are currently hiring Café Retail Associates to join a busy café/cafeteria team. What You'll Do:

As a Café Retail Associate, you'll play an important role in providing excellent customer service and keeping the café clean, stocked, and running efficiently.

Daily Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Assist customers with café and retail purchases Operate the POS system and process payments accurately Prepare and serve food, beverages, and café items as needed Stock shelves, displays, coolers, and service areas Restock food, beverages, retail products, and supplies Keep counters, dining areas, and workspaces clean and organized Answer customer questions and assist with product selections Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Assist with opening, closing, and general café duties

Preferred Qualifications:

Café, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred POS or cashier experience helpful but not required Food service experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
