Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling with accuracy. Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food safety protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and food prep tools, following all safety guidelines. Handle cash register operations accurately during retail sales transactions and process cash transactions with precision. Ensure compliance with food safety standards by practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures at all times. Qualifications Previous food service experience or quick service & fast food restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash register operations and retail math calculations. Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, sanitation, or kitchen operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and adhering to food safety regulations is essential.
