Job Description
Bridgewater Chocolate is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our Factory Store Team. This is a seasonal retail customer service and administrative position. The position starts now and goes through February with potential of a permanent position thereafter. You must be able to work weekends (Saturdays and one Sunday a month). In this multi role you will be responsible for assisting customers that visit the retail store, as well as making sure the sales floor is stocked and displayed nicely along with hand bowing our beautiful hinged boxes. Tasks will also include daily cleaning, assisting calls to the store front and assisting with customer orders. The administrative side of this role you will be responsible for formatting, editing and creating excel address spreadsheets to prepare for our order system upload along with other minimal admin tasks.
