Music & Arts seeks a part-time Senior Sales Associate to lead customer service and sales in our retail store. In this role you'll help students, parents, and educators select band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You'll open and close the store, process sales and rental contracts, handle repairs drop-off, and maintain appealing merchandising. You'll coach associates, support school service outreach, and ensure accurate inventory. This position is ideal for someone passionate about music education, with strong retail skills and a collaborative, student-focused approach.
