! We're looking for an outgoing, bubbly, motivated Store Team Member who loves beauty, hair, and connecting with people! At The Mane Supply, we're more than just a hair store we want every customer who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, confident, and excited about their experience ! Our ideal team member is someone who is personable, sales-driven, reliable, social media savvy, and eager to learn. Hair knowledge is a plus, but if you have a genuine interest in hair and beauty and are willing to learn, we're happy to teach you! If you love talking to people, creating content, keeping up with beauty trends, and helping customers find exactly what they need, you may be the perfect fit for our team. What You'll Do Welcome and engage with customers while creating a fun, friendly, and comfortable shopping experience Assist customers with selecting hair, wigs, bundles, textures, lengths, lace options, and other beauty products based on their needs Learn and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and make recommendations Drive sales through genuine customer connections, product recommendations, upselling, and excellent service Operate our POS system and accurately process purchases, exchanges, returns, and other transactions Help create engaging social media content, including TikToks, Reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and in-store promotional content Be comfortable speaking and appearing on camera when needed Stay aware of current hair, beauty, and social media trends Restock products and help maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing displays Assist with inventory, product counts, new shipments, and keeping merchandise organized Answer customer calls and messages professionally and enthusiastically Help promote current sales, events, new arrivals, and special offers Work collaboratively with the team to keep the store running smoothly Bring positive energy, creativity, and initiative to the store every shift Who We're Looking For Our ideal Mane Supply team member is: Outgoing, bubbly, friendly, and confident Passionate about hair, beauty, fashion, or beauty culture Knowledgeable about hair OR genuinely excited and willing to learn Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations Sales-oriented and motivated to help customers find products they'll love Able to provide excellent customer service while building genuine relationships with shoppers Creative and comfortable with TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and short-form content Comfortable being on camera and participating in store content Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to take initiative A strong communicator with a positive attitude Able to work well independently and as part of a team Open to learning about different hair textures, wigs, bundles, lace, hair care, and other products carried by The Mane Supply Experience Previous retail, sales, beauty, hair, customer service, or social media experience is a plus, but not required.
