Job Description
PD WATER SYSTEMS
is a pump and water systems manufacturer based in Miami, Fl. We distribute products across the US and Latin America and have a strong presence in Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Central America. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will be managing customer relationships, answering inquiries, and providing product information and solutions. We are looking for someone with excellent communication sResponsibilities:
- Process all customer purchase orders.
- Ensure end-to-end execution of all orders that come from our customers.
- Make sure that all information is transferred accurately into the operations system.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Interact with different groups of the organization to be a liaison between the customer and the company.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Present quotes for products, as requested by the customer.
- Learn and understand our product line.
- Educate existing and potential customers about our products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to follow up with quality of service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements
- No previous experience in inside sales
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Excellent customer service skills
