Taverna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is hiring a Body Shop Warranty Administrator for our Plantation, FL location. This role is responsible for submitting and tracking warranty claims for body shop and collision repairs while ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit body shop warranty claims. Gather repair orders, photos, parts information, and other required documentation. Follow up on delayed, denied, or unpaid claims. Work closely with estimators, technicians, parts, and management. Maintain organized warranty records. Help identify and prevent common claim errors.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of body shop, collision, or automotive warranty experience required. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Fiat warranty experience is preferred. Strong organization and attention to detail. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
