Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cash drawer management, and basic math calculations for change. Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support in-store promotional activities and product demonstrations to boost sales and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with store policies on cash handling, security procedures, and customer service standards. Experience Previous retail sales experience or cashiering background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Supervising experience is a plus, especially in leading small teams or training new staff members. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve diverse customer needs. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members effectively. Familiarity with retail math, merchandising techniques, and stock management will help you succeed in this role. Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail store product knowledge will give you an advantage.
