Retail Sales Associate Job Type:
Part-Time Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + occasional Saturdays and Holidays About the Role We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you love talking to people, bringing high energy to the sales floor, and delivering great customer service, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Warmly greet customers, engage in friendly conversation, and help them find exactly what they're looking for.
Sales & Service:
Share product knowledge, offer tailored recommendations, and help create a positive shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
Store Maintenance:
Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Transactions:
Accurately operate the register/POS system for cash and card transactions.
What We're Looking For Personality:
High energy, upbeat, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping people.
Availability:
Must be reliable and available to work Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, as well as occasional Saturdays and holidays.
Experience:
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are most important!
Skills:
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay:
$11.25 - $14.00 per hour
