Job description Sales Associate - Commission-Based Bonanza Furniture & Mattress101 W. Walnut Ave., Dalton, GA 30720 Bonanza Furniture & Mattress is seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our team at our Dalton, Georgia location. This is a commission-based sales position offering high earning potential, along with bonuses, incentives, and paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial greeting to final purchase Sell furniture and mattresses by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products Present product features, pricing, and financing options accurately Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual standards Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines Provide professional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience required (furniture or retail sales preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work in a commission-based environment Professional appearance and conduct Reliable attendance and punctuality Availability to work weekends

Schedule:
