Duties Stock and replenish produce displays efficiently, ensuring products are fresh, appealing, and properly labeled Utilize RF scanners and other inventory control tools to track stock levels and manage product rotation Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely for loading, unloading, and moving produce supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Assist customers with product inquiries, provide knowledgeable recommendations on produce selections, and support retail sales efforts Conduct regular inventory checks using inventory management systems to minimize waste and ensure stock accuracy Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading deliveries with proper manual handling techniques Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred; familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus Ability to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling tools safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management and merchandising Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe lifting practices throughout shifts Basic math skills for inventory counts, pricing adjustments, and transaction processing Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising standards, and customer service principles Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Produce Associate and become an essential part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality products with enthusiasm!
