Job Description

Job Overview The Sales Support Associate's overall goal is to support the Sales Manager, assist with back-end management, and maintain strong client relations. One of the main functions of this role is analyzing and interpreting architectural bid documents to prepare quantity takeoffs and cost calculations; the Sales Support Associate also manages customer relations, ensures seamless operations, and contributes to overall sales efforts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Review bid documents (architectural drawings and specifications) and prepare quantity takeoffs Prepare detailed cost calculations Assist with the preparation, ordering, and shipping of product samples Maintain regular contact with existing customers, manage customer accounts, and follow up for administrative purposes Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments Perform data entry tasks, including the recording of sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed' Qualifications
  • Ability to analyze and interpret architectural bid documents/drawings, including reflected ceiling plans, detailed drawings, and related specifications is a plus; training will be provided for candidates who don't yet have this experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam software is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the ceiling manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential
Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
