You will be responsible for building relationships, maintaining strong product knowledge, and supporting overall store performance. Responsibilities Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Guide clients through jewelry selection based on style, occasion, and budget Present product details including materials, craftsmanship, and design Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Support store sales goals through strong product knowledge and service Maintain store presentation including merchandising and display organization Assist with inventory, stock organization, and restocking Handle phone inquiries and client follow-up professionally Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations Requirements Retail sales experience required; luxury or jewelry experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable handling sales transactions and POS systems Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Bilingual (especially Japanese or Mandarin) is a plus What We Offer $23.50 - $28.00 per hour + commission Uncapped commission structure Top performers consistently earn six figures, with highest performers exceeding $150K annually Full health benefits for full time employees Stable, established luxury retail environment Opportunity for growth Location Four Seasons Resort Hualalai (Hildgund Jewelers)
