Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on retail sales and guest engagement, helping visitors find the perfect merchandise while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide a welcoming retail experience Assist customers with selecting merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and souvenirs Maintain inventory, restock shelves, and organize displays Keep the retail area clean, visually appealing, and well-stocked Answer basic questions about zipline tours and direct guests to the appropriate team members when needed Promote featured products and upsell merchandise Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems Ability to multitask and stay organized Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
