DynoSource Performance is a premier, full-service performance automotive facility. We feature a complete in-house machine shop, chassis dyno, and custom fabrication department. We specialize in bespoke builds, custom engine programs, advanced powertrain swaps, complex wiring solutions, and high-performance tuning.
The Opportunity:
This is not a "parts changer" job. This is a true career empowerment opportunity for a driven technician who wants to master the performance craft. You will build world-class custom vehicles from the ground up, enhance elite street machines, and work directly alongside industry experts. At DynoSource, we empower our team with the autonomy, advanced training, and high-level tools needed to become leaders in the performance automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities Precision builds:
Execute teardowns, custom rebuilds, component mockups, and final installations.
System integration:
Perform high-level plumbing, custom wiring, and performance fabrication.
Machinery support:
Assist with precision engine assembly and machine shop workflows.
Dyno preparation:
Prep and secure vehicles for live chassis dyno tuning sessions.
Shop operations:
Maintain strict organizational standards, track parts inventory, and support general shop workflows.
Problem solving:
Apply critical thinking to solve unique engineering challenges on custom builds. What We Are Looking For Proven expertise: Solid background in performance automotive mechanics and vast technical knowledge.
Professional drive:
Highly motivated, punctual, dependable, and coachable with a strong work ethic.
Team mindset:
Collaboration-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
Physical capability:
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift 50+ lbs.
Equipment:
