SALES ASSOCIATE.
This role is best suited for a person with knowledge of the automobiles. The right person for this position must be creative, self-motivated, willing, and capable of using social media and messenger platforms to increase sales opportunities. Honesty and integrity are required. Candidate must also be results-driven and have a good attitude.Responsibilities:
- Converting, social media, online and showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, to match them to the most appropriate inventory.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all inventories, and providing the potential customer with detailed information.
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating features.
- Building a rapport with customers to increase the possibility of current & future sales.
- Maintaining a customer database and timely communications with prospects.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required.
- Support dealership sponsored community and sales events.
