Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Associate Engage directly with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Introduce customers to GTC Energy products and available energy solutions. Answer questions and provide clear information about products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions as a Sales Associate. Support customer enrollment and campaign activities. Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service. Work toward daily and team sales goals. Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing training. Develop strong communication, sales, and customer service skills as a Sales Associate. Qualifications of an Entry Level Sales Associate High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus but not required. Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
