Duties Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and product information to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring balanced registers at shift end Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive and well-organized store environment Assist in merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and updating displays regularly Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times Skills Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus, demonstrating leadership qualities in a retail setting Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising techniques to promote products effectively Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for sales calculations and cash handling Familiarity with retail sales processes such as upselling, stock management, and inventory control Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude, active listening, and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
