Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards for quality and taste. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all pizzas are made to order and meet customer preferences. Answer phones, wash dishes, sweep/mop and interact with customers Qualifications Will train knife skills and knowledge of food handling techniques are a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences is essential.
