Job Description

Monitors ACH processes and contacts customers when action needs to be taken on unauthorized ACH returns as well as repetitive ACH returns that receive no action from customer. Pulls ACH Credit/Risk Limit Comparison Report and ensures all items are in balance and follows procedures to make any corrections needed. Answers customer questions in regards to Treasury Services products and services. Responsible for product set up through data entry and various communications to supporting operations departments. Provides support to Merchant Credit Card Services department. Provides customer support to Remote Deposit customers. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position. Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position. Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements. One (1) to two (2) years' experience preferred or equivalent experience in a related field preferred. Prior Treasury Services or banking experience preferred. Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential. High degree of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously. Strong customer service. Good written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred.

Ability to travel as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
