Denim Specialist (Full-Time / Part-Time) The Denim Bar | 2 Saint Ann Drive, Mandeville, LA The Denim Bar is a destination for premium denim — and we're hiring stylists who want to master it.

This is a fit-and-fabric role:

you'll learn every rise, inseam, stretch, and wash we carry, and you'll be the reason a customer finally finds the pair she's been looking for for years. Denim is the highest-trust sale in retail. A great fit brings her back for the next pair, and the next. If you like the challenge of reading a body, knowing your product cold, and closing with confidence, this is the floor for you.

What You'll Do:

• Fit and style customers across our full premium denim assortment — rises, washes, fabrications, and how each brand actually runs
• Become the in-store authority on fit: sizing up and down, stretch vs. rigid, hemming and alterations
• Build a personal client book and bring her back for every new drop
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
• Style complete looks around the denim — tops, layers, shoes, accessories
• Keep the floor merchandised to an elevated standard
• Contribute to in-store events, denim fit appointments, social content, and client outreach Who You Are

• 20/hr, depending on experience
• Commission on top of base, uncapped
• Full-time and part-time available
• Flexible scheduling within store hours: Mon-Sat 9:30-6
