Duties Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on lawn care, gardening, floral design, and landscape maintenance products Assist customers with plant identification, horticulture questions, and outdoor work advice to foster confidence in their purchases Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales processing, and inventory management Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with seasonal plants, gardening tools, and landscape supplies Support inventory management through stocking, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock counts to keep the store well-organized Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person and offering tailored solutions for outdoor projects Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold a clean, organized store environment Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or outdoor work environments preferred; knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is a plus Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Passion for gardening, floral design, and outdoor projects with a keen eye for plant identification and organization skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform outdoor work as needed in various weather conditions Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain appealing displays Outgoing personality with strong phone communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude Join us in creating vibrant outdoor spaces while developing your retail expertise!
