Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to enhance product visibility and appeal Conduct regular stock checks, inventory management, and restocking to ensure product availability Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering upselling opportunities, and fostering loyalty Uphold all legal regulations and store policies related to age verification, product storage, and safety standards Assist with basic retail math calculations for sales transactions and inventory counts Support team supervision by mentoring new staff and maintaining a positive work environment Skills Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales processes Supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail or customer service setting Ability to conduct engaging product demos confidently and clearly explain product benefits Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally Strong upselling techniques combined with merchandising expertise to maximize sales opportunities Experience in stocking, inventory management, and retail math calculations Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Familiarity with grocery store operations or similar retail environments is advantageous Join us in delivering outstanding service while promoting products that enhance well-being.
