Job Description
A well-established greenhouse and horticultural company in Sudbury, MA is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Reception / Counter Clerk to join their team ASAP ! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in retail, grocery, customer service, reception, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment . You do not need to come from the greenhouse industry, but you should be comfortable interacting with customers and working in a busy farm/greenhouse setting. What you'll be doing: Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate person Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Assist with customer questions and general communication Process transactions through the Point of Sale system Help support the front counter and day-to-day customer experience Rotate between the company's main site and nursery as needed What they're looking for: Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive attitude Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment Reliable and willing to jump in where needed Retail, grocery, cashier, reception, or similar experience is a plus Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred! #RJADM45
