Job Description
Compensation & Benefits At LAGOS, our Full-Time Sales Associates earn a 3% commission on personal net sales, paid monthly, in addition to their base hourly pay. Position Summary As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for providing personalized customer service, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales by offering product knowledge, building customer relationships, and upholding store aesthetics. Your duties include greeting and assisting discerning customers, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, ensuring visual merchandising, and handling transactions. Also, you'll stay current on product information and brand trends, contribute to a sportive team environment, and support operational integrity. Essential Functions Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored advice to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, their features, and brand information to effectively answer questions and guide selections. Consistently meet and exceed personal sales goals by employing effective selling techniques and building strong customer relationships. Build and nurture productive, trust-based relationships with customers through follow-ups and excellent service. Process transactions efficiently and accurately, using the company's point of sale system. Uphold brand standards by arranging displays, maintaining a neat and organized case line, and ensuring products are presented attractively. Assist with receiving new merchandise, replenishing stock on the sales floor, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies. Contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by performing daily maintenance tasks and adhering to brand guidelines. Work effectively with fellow team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Support security efforts by monitoring the sales floor for suspicious activity and adhering to loss prevention and company policies. Remain up-to-date on new products, trends, and brand developments to provide the most current and informed services Key Performance Indicators Average Transaction Value Clienteling & CRM Engagement Repeat Client Retention New Client Acquisition POS & Inventory Accuracy Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience in a luxury, customer-centric environment. Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Expertise in consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling in a sophisticated manner. Expertise in cultivating relationships with discerning customers via clienteling and CRM. Ability to tell the product's story to connect with customers and build trust. Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory procedures. Exceptional communication skills.
