Overview Our small, family owned and operated bakery is looking for qualified and motivated individuals who enjoy the smell of fresh baked goods, are committed to making every customer experience a pleasant one, and would enjoy learning how to make the signature donut, sandwiches, or coffee drinks that keep the regulars coming back, are fully down with their co-workers occasionally singing along with the music. Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions efficiently Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractively presented and accessible Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks Engage with customers via phone communication to answer questions and provide product recommendations Finalize baked goods for retail, e.g. apply donut icing, slice bread, bag buns, etc. Prep sandwiches, soups, or salads for breakfast and lunch orders Prep coffee drinks Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; barista or restaurant experience helpful Easy going personality that can handle the higher pace of breakfast and lunch runs Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
