What You'll Do Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives Follow up with leads from phone, internet, and walk-in customers Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Work closely with the sales and finance team to close deals Continuously learn about new products, technologies, and processes What We're Looking For High energy and strong work ethic Motivated mindset with a desire to succeed Excellent communication and people skills Someone who values relationships and community trust Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal oriented Sales experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person.

Pay:

$26.02 - $31.33 per hour
