Retail Associate Location:

Gastonia, NC 28052 Job Overview We are seeking a Drone Delivery Fulfillment Associate to support fast and accurate delivery operations from within retail stores. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting customer orders, performing quality checks, preparing and labeling packages, managing inventory, and safely loading orders for drone delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced store environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and select items for customer orders. Verify items, quantities, and order details to ensure accuracy. Perform quality checks on selected products before shipment. Properly label and prepare packages for delivery. Handle and organize inventory within the store. Ensure products are properly packaged and ready for drone pickup. Safely load prepared orders for drone delivery following established procedures. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow all applicable safety, quality, and compliance procedures . Communicate any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues to the appropriate team. Meet established expectations for accuracy, productivity, and timely order fulfillment . Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, retail, grocery, stocking, inventory, or a similar environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment . Ability to handle and move merchandise as required. Comfortable using basic technology or handheld devices for order processing. Strong commitment to safety and quality . Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with store and delivery teams. PSJ01

Pay:

$35,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
