Job Description

A well-established equipment dealership is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to develop customer relationships and grow parts, service, and equipment support sales within an assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for someone with equipment knowledge and a strong sales mindset who enjoys working directly with customers and helping them keep their equipment productive and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers Promote parts, service, maintenance, and product support solutions Make regular customer visits and identify upcoming equipment and service needs Develop new business within an assigned territory Follow up on service recommendations and repair needs Work closely with parts, service, rental, and equipment sales teams Prepare quotes and proposals for customers Identify opportunities to increase customer retention and account growth Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records Monitor customer equipment needs and help develop maintenance plans Stay informed on equipment, parts, service offerings, and competitive products Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, trucking, or a related industry preferred Sales, customer service, or account management experience Strong understanding of equipment and/or mechanical systems Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Comfortable making customer visits and working independently Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Basic computer and CRM skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ideal Background This position may be a strong fit for someone currently working as a:
