Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive success! You'll be guiding customers through their vehicle choices with expert knowledge and exceptional service. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently to prospective buyers, ensuring they understand all aspects of their purchase. Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong communication skills and retail math to meet customer needs while achieving dealership goals. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support ongoing sales support activities. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards during all outbound and inbound communications. Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new arrivals, and dealership events to attract potential buyers. Experience 1-2 years of automotive sales or dealership experience is highly preferred Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or premium vehicle deals. Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management systems enhances your efficiency in managing leads and client relationships. Excellent organizational skills combined with retail math knowledge ensure accurate pricing, inventory control, and sales tracking. Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, are essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
