Sales Associate - Vapor Products

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs. Operating the point of sale (POS) system, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection based on their preferences. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about various vaping products and accessories. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in supervising store operations during shifts to ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all customers. Skills Proficiency in operating POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience in stock management and inventory control. abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or grocery store settings, is preferred. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that inform and attract customers.
