Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Closing Manager to lead our store during closing operations and ensure a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate has grocery retail experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Full-Time Schedule:
The typical closing shift is 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM. Candidates must have an open schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. The Closing Manager will oversee team members, support customers, maintain store standards, and ensure all closing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise employees during closing shifts. Ensure the store is clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for the next business day. Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally. Delegate tasks and hold team members accountable for completing assigned responsibilities. Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Complete closing procedures, including securing the store and ensuring all areas are properly closed. Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and overall store conditions. Support cash-handling and register procedures as required. Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members. Communicate important shift information and operational issues to management. Respond appropriately to unexpected situations and resolve problems efficiently. Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience. Grocery retail experience is required. Must be available to work the 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM closing shift. Must have an open and flexible schedule. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks associated with grocery retail operations. Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 40.0 per week
