Retail Sales Associate Hot Job Lee Canyon Resort - Las Vegas, NV 89124 Apply Overview Salary Range $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly Position Type Seasonal Apply Description The successful candidate will possess a passion for our sports, business, guests and team members. We expect our team members to have a team-focused attitude toward top performance, growth and development with excellent communication skills embodied in a collaborative style. Provide excellent customer service to all guests, greeting guests as they enter the store, and building rapport through conversation and product recommendations. Be able to accurately handle payments and balance the cash drawer. Able to communicate with guests, team, and management effectively. Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Stocking, organizing, and taking inventory of merchandise. Restock the store with backstock daily. Be knowledgeable about the Ski/Snowboard industry or be willing to learn about the Ski/Snowboard industry. Be knowledgeable about Ski/Snowboard retail products or be willing to learn about Ski/Snowboard retail products. Opening and closing of the store in accordance with operating hours. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements Previous retail, customer service, or cash-handling experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome. Basic arithmetic and computer literacy for operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient, and guest-focused attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak resort days. Interest in mountain sports, outdoor apparel, or gear is preferred but not required. Working Environment & Physical Demands Stand and move on the retail floor for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally over short distances. Perform continuous physical movements including bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, carrying, and shoveling snow. Work indoors and outdoors in variable mountain weather conditions, including freezing temperatures (below 32°F). Share job details to
